What the app stores
To run your team's card, the app keeps your email address, your first and last name, the teams you belong to and your role on each, and the records your team creates: cards, drinks, requests, fund entries, invitations and the team's logo. It also keeps a log of the emails it has sent you. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Who can see it
Your teammates see your name and your drink counts on the team board. Your team's organizers also see your email and the fund entries. Nobody outside your team sees any of it, and no team can see another team.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The app sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is not used for anything else.
The app emails you sign-in codes, invitations, and news about your card requests. Organizers also get an email when a player asks for a card. All of it goes through an email delivery provider. There is no newsletter.
Your data and your choices
Your name is editable in the app. To change your email, remove your account, or ask what we hold about you, send us a message through the contact page from the address you signed up with and we will sort it out.
