What Cooler Card is

Cooler Card is a counting tool. It records the cards, drinks and money that a team chooses to enter, and shows the totals back to the team. It does not sell, supply or deliver anything, and it does not move money. Payments between teammates and organizers happen outside the app, however the team already handles them.

Your team, your call

What goes in a team's cooler is entirely the team's decision. Each member is responsible for their own choices and for following the rules of wherever they play. Cooler Card has no part in that and takes no responsibility for it.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address and are responsible for what happens under it. Organizers are responsible for the entries they confirm and record. Keep the counts honest and the fund will be too.

The service

Cooler Card is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we make no guarantees, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from it being unavailable. We may change or retire features over time; if a change matters, we will say so in the app.
